Our heart is in helping small businesses, especially for those with limited tech experience, to get online quickly and with full understanding of every step of the journey. Our "Foundation" packages are carefully curated to combine a baseline of our support services with our hosting packages. They are intended to provide a base level of support services that are just enough to get you going. For longer term engagements, or, for something you don't see here, please reach out as we're more then happy to put something together for you.

Informal get to know you session where we align ourselves on goals and introduce you to our process.
This summary survey helps you develop your strategy and helps us understand your needs. When filling this out, you have the option to select a deep dive into core topics which triggers a follow-up with additional and more detailed questions.
This documents what we do, what you do, and ensures we're on the same page before you pay for our services.

Most commonly we host your site on our servers, however, you're welcome to use your own hosting provider as long as they meet our minimum requirements.

* Hosting fees - some companies have very low first year fees that expire in year two. Be wary of this. There are many companies that have $3-$8/month hosting plans which are great starter plans for a fully DIY solution.
* CRM Companies - Some companies have heavily discounted and feature limited free or low cost versions that still require a lot of setup. The best "free" CRM in our opinion is Zoho CRM, however a lot of the company branding isn't possible in the free version making its usefulness questionable. Also note that with many CRM companies, you still must have another company to host your domain and email. We have a great domain and email package for $5/month.
* Hosting fees are recurring (can pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually), given prices presume you're paying semi-annually or annually. Monthly prices are higher.
* Domain name registration prices vary based on the extension (.com, .net, .info, etc.) selected and are a recurring yearly fee.
Training
Each of our packages include bi-monthly group Q&A sessions, a collection of curated on-line training tools, and a training and hand-off session at the close of our setup services. During this training session we'll cover the following:
- Introduction to online training resources
- Review of basic site editing
- How to setup email accounts, hints and suggestions for client configuration
- Review of your hosting interface

Our goal is to make your journey fun, easy, and that you understand every step of the way what's going on and what the end result is going to look like. Custom Theme Development
What's custom theme development and why would I want it?
- Included with each package is a selection from the library of available themes at https://market.concretecms.com/themes. We will cover the cost up to $50. Anything over $50 will be invoiced to you.
- Sometimes, none of the available themes will be quite right or you will want something unique. That would require a custom theme.
- Custom theme development with home page, full page, right side-bar, and left side-bar layouts, color, and font customizations. Price varies based on requirements but typically is $250 presuming it becomes a shared theme which we can use for other customers. Themes that are not shared, owned exclusively by you, are priced based on scope. Contact us for more details.
- Simple theme modifications can often be done for less. Let us know your requirements so we can put a quote and plan together.
* Contact sync requires compatible CalDAV/CardDAV client. Android requires purchase of DAVx5 Synchronizer App which is your responsibility to purchase; at the time of this writing the price is $6.49 on Google Play. iPhone's have native sync. Outlook can use CalDAV Synchronizer which is a free add-on to Outlook. Thunderbird includes native support.
** CRM & Basic Appointment Scheduling features will launch Q2/2026 or earlier. If you have an existing CRM, it's landing pages and/or forms can be included in your site today.
